Donald Motor Lodge – Terms and Conditions

1. Guest Responsibility

The person(s) registering as the guest(s) shall be liable for any loss, damage, or breakage to the room, its contents, or keys. Fair wear and tear is excluded.

2. Occupancy

The number of guests permitted to reside in a room shall not exceed the number declared on the registration form. Any undeclared or additional guests may result in additional charges or termination of the booking.

3. Canellations and Amendments

• Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
• Late Cancellation / No-Show: If cancellation occurs within 2 days of arrival, or in the case of a no-show, the cost of the first night will be charged.
• Shortened Stays: If a guest who has already checked in decides to shorten their stay or cancel remaining nights for change of mind or personal reasons, the full length of the original booking will be charged.

4. Quiet Enjoyment and Conduct

Guest behavior must not interfere with the comfort, peace, and quiet enjoyment of other guests or staff.

• No Noise Policy: After 9:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 PM on weekends.
• Visitor Policy: All visitors must leave the premises by 9:00 PM.

  Management reserves the right to remove any guest(s) who breach these rules or engage in disruptive behavior, without refund.

5. Payment and Charges

The registered guest is liable for all charges accrued to their account during their stay and agrees to pay the full amount due upon departure.

By signing the registration form, the guest authorizes Donald Motor Lodge to charge the credit card provided for any outstanding balances, including minibar charges or damages, after departure.

If no credit card is supplied, a cash deposit of $250.00 is required upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded upon checkout, provided there are no damages, losses, or policy violations.

6. leaning, Damage, and Policy Breaches

A minimum $250.00 cleaning or damage fee will apply in the following cases:

• Smoking in rooms
• Bringing pets onto the premises (unless pre-approved by management)
• Causing excessive damage, mess, or odours

Additional charges may apply for repair or replacement costs exceeding this amount.

7. Breach of Terms

Failure to comply with any of the above terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of the accommodation agreement and removal from the premises without refund.

8. General

Guests are asked to treat the property, staff, and fellow guests with respect at all times to ensure an enjoyable and safe environment for everyone.
